Douglas is focused on deal origination and execution, and managing existing portfolio companies. His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit. He currently represents ARC on the boards of Advanced Upstream Ltd., Citadel Drilling Ltd., Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc., Sanjel Energy Services Inc., STEP Energy Services Ltd. and Wayfinder Corp.
Douglas joined ARC in 1998 and has over two decades of oilfield service industry experience in engineering and investment roles. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University.
